Saint Andrews 2000

Saint Andrews 2000, built to replicate a Scottish links course, is located in Rayong, about 45 minutes from Pattaya and 2 hours from Bangkok. The course was designed by the English architect Desmond Muirhead. The course at Saint Andrews 2000 plays to a par of 74 and over a long distance of more than 6,800 meters. One the particularity of the course is that it has two incredibly long par six holes. The 4th and the 13th which are respectively 640 meters and 830 meters length. The course here is very challenging, it demands a combination of both power and accuracy, with the strategic positioning of hazards forcing the player to remain focused on each and every shot. The club also recommends that only low handicap golfers should play the course.
