Panya Indra Golf Club
Overview
Panya Indra Golf Club comprises three separate 9-hole championship courses, each with an individual design and unique setting. The courses aptly named are the Lagoon Course, Palm Course, and Garden Course. The golf course has been extensively landscaped with colorful flowering plants, shrubs, and bushes to provide beautiful backdrops to most of the holes. Fairways are palm tree-lined, and lakes and ponds come into play on almost every hole at Panya Indra. The deep bunkers are sculptured, and the smooth flowing lines of fairways give the course a natural feel in a city environment.
Panya Indra offers several unusual design features, in particular, undulating fairways. The par-3 holes are perhaps the most demanding aspect of this course as they practically all play over water. The Palm Course boasts an excellent island green par-3, its 4th hole. There are also some challenging dog-leg holes on each of the three nines as well.
